Police kill wanted criminal in Sukkur

SUKKUR: The Khairpur Police shot dead a criminal carrying Rs1 million head money here on Monday. SSP Khairpur Sajid Hussain said that the criminal was wanted in the killing of a DSP and serial killings. He said that in the limits of Kumb on the National Highway his team in an encounter shot dead dacoit Anwar alias Mushki Kalihoro, carrying head money worth Rs1 million. The SSP said that other criminals managed to escape. He said that the killed dacoit had killed DSP Imran Awan and Police Constable Aushaq Ali in 2002.
