CHAKWAL: City police booked 15 accused on charges of trespassing on the house of a man at Jafarabad locality.
Mashkoor Hussain told police that he had filed a case in a court against Imran Abbas of Hastal village.
He said the case was pending in the court, when Imran Abbas, Ali Imran and their accomplices arrived on a car (LEX-6571) and a tractor and razed the main gate and boundary wall of the house. He said they also threw his household items in the street and took away Rs 50,000.
The police registered a case against the accused.
VTI INAUGURATED: A vocational training institute was inaugurated in Bharpur village.
The centre was inaugurated by Rehana Babar while Zakat and Ushr committee chairman Sultan Raza Jami presided over the ceremony.
VTI principal Obaid Ul Rehman addressed the ceremony and said free training to be imparted to girls and after completion of the course they would be awarded diplomas to empower them to lead a successful life.
Jami, Raja Mohammad Umar, Maulana Hamid Ameen, Ghulam Abbas and Allah Baksh Farooqi also spoke.
