SUKKUR: At least seven people, including a baby, were killed and five others injured over a marriage dispute at Hasal Chandio village at Seetta Road in Dadu.
As per details, the dispute erupted between two groups of the Chandio community over a marriage dispute in Dadu district. The armed men opened firing at each other and as a result seven people were killed including Gulab Chandio, Rano, Abdul Hameed, Ranjhan, Sohrab, Asad and a baby Asima while Sadaqat, Pahlwan, Moor, Noor Nabi and Sharif were among the injured.
SSP Dadu said that seven people have been killed, while police arrested 12 persons involved in the clash and recovered weapons.
