OKARA: Special Judicial Magistrate Tariq Mehmood Friday awarded a 7-day jail term to an accused for violating the Punjab Sound System Ordinance.
Tractor driver Muhammad Nawaz of Thatta Jghedoo village had been booked on charges of playing tape recorder loudly of his vehicle.
The police station Ravi had registered a case under the Sound Ordinance.
