FAISALABAD: The martyrdom Day of Hazrat Ali (RA) was observed with great respect here on Friday.
Various Majalis were held in different imambargahs of the city to pay homage to Hazrat Ali (RA). Addressing various gatherings, Syed Sibt-e-Hassan Sherazi, Syed Zeeshan Elahi, Saeed Baloch, Ibn-e-Hassan Shirazi, Malik Attaur Rehman, Rana Yasir, Nasir Chan, Haider Abbas and Prof Maqsood Ali paid rich tribute to Hazrat Ali (RA) for spreading the Islam.
LALAMUSA: A procession was taken out in connection with the martyrdom day of Hazrat Ali (RA) here on Friday.
The procession was taken out from Qasr-e-Abu Talib, Railway Road, under tight security. The participants passed through various roads including Civil Hospital Road, College Road and Chandni Chowk and later culminated near bus stand where Iftar was arranged for the mourners.
