GUJRANWALA: The Gepco has announced concession for the defaulters, who have not paid their dues upto June 30, 2015.
The CEO, under the directions of the Ministry of Water and Power, has announced 30 per cent, 25 per cent and 20 per cent concessions if dues are paid upto July 31, 2015, August 31, 2015 and September 30, 2015.
The Gepco chief said if defaulters would fail to avail the package, then after September 30, 2015, dues recovery would be carried out by the FIA.
EXTORTION: The Aroop police produced six accused, including Zahid Inayat alias Dhuma Butt before Anti Terrorism Court No 1 Gujranwala.
The accused were arrested on charges of extorting money from the locals. Police was given a two-day physical remand of all the accused.
