BAHAWALPUR: As many as 13 people were injured, including five children and a woman, during crossfire between two groups at Mauza Bahdurka Sharqi in Bahawalnagar Sadar police limits on Tuesday.
The two groups of Joiya Biradri opened fire at each other over a children row. As a result, 13 people, including Ms Mehboob Elahi, Amer Hussain, Muhammad Habib, Abdul Qadeer, Ahmad, Haroon, Khizar Hayat and Moin Ali, sustained injuries and rushed to a hospital. Bahawalnagar Sadar police have registered a case.
WOMAN DIES, 12 HURT IN ACCIDENT: A woman was killed while 12 others sustained injuries in an accident near Minchinabad on Tuesday.
A wagon was carrying passengers to Bahawalnagar when it overturned. As a result, Ms Fauzia Latif, a LHV, was killed on the spot while 12 other passengers were injured and rushed to the THQ Hospital Minchinabad.
