BHAKKAR: A labourer has protested against the Fesco for sending him an inflated bill.
Talking to newsmen here, Abdul Sattar of Basti Utra said that the Fesco had sent him a bill amounting to Rs 30,450, which he was unable to pay. He said that when he visited the Fesco office, an official made its two installments instead of correcting it.
