She was addressing inaugural ceremony of Al-Wadood Hospital, a welfare project of TrueWorth Foundation here on Friday.
She said the irrational criticism about the government often politically motivated didn’t bother it since people were fully aware of its hollowness. The ceremony was attended by the cabinet members, parliamentarians, members of diplomatic corps and the general public belonging to different walks of life. It was a rare gathering of distinguished and common people of the area. Maryam Nawaz who opted to speak extempore by discarding written text said that it was indeed the vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to promote health and education facilities, to uplift socio-economic conditions of the masses. “Pursuant to this vision, the government has always encouraged such charitable projects,’ she reminded.

Ms. Maryam congratulated Chairperson of the project Ms. Zahra Fatemi member National Assembly and her team for achieving this important landmark and also appreciated the hard work of TrueWorth Foundation that resulted in the construction of the hospital in rural area of the federal capital. Maryam Nawaz said that construction of the hospital would improve the provision of health services to the common people of rural Islamabad.
