Nawaz again lied on his health: Fawad
ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry Tuesday said JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman was supplying political oxygen to ex-prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the courts should take notice of it.
In a series of tweets, the minister referred to a meeting between Nawaz and Fazl in Lahore and said Fazl was supplying political oxygen to Nawaz, urging the courts to take notice of this.
“Nawaz was so seriously ill that the Supreme Court was informed that if he was not granted bail, then there was danger to his life. Like always, lie was told again and now instead of an ambulance, Fazl has reached him,” he tweeted.
“The total loans of Pakistan from 1947-2008 amounted to dollars 37 billion. From these loans, Islamabad, Tarbella, Mangla and naval bases were built. The army was provided with the latest weaponry, Gwadar and the motorway were built.
From 2008-18 the loans increased to dollars 97 billion, which shows an increase of dollars 60 billion. The question is where this money went?” the minister wondered in another tweet.
In yet another tweet, he himself answered the question alleging that the two families had distributed this amount among themselves.
“Both the ruling families used the Hudaibiya fraud model several times. Money was sent abroad using Hundi and Hawala.
Fake accounts and fake people were used. Nawaz, Shahbaz and Zardari were central characters, while there are dozens with side roles as well,” he maintained.
