Commissioner wants Mingora bus stand shifted
MINGORA: Malakand Commissioner Riaz Khan Mahsud on Wednesday ordered tehsil municipal officer to transfer Mingora bus stand to newly constructed bus terminal till April 30.
The commissioner issued the directives during his visit to various parts of the city.
He said that fruits and vegetable market should also be transferred within due date to the newly constructed facility.
The official ordered the contractor to give the construction of bus terminal a final shape before April 30. He also said that planning for restoring the natural beauty of Mingora city was in progress and soon a roadmap would be designed to cope with traffic issue. Earlier, the commissioner was briefed by WSSC CEO Muhammad Shaida. He said that the land requisition process had almost been completed and the project was in the designing phase.
