Bilawal doesn’t need certificate of patriotism: PPPP
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan People's Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Saturday said the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari did not need a certificate of patriotism from anyone.
“The people who are alleging that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is a traitor did the same to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto," said PPPP Secretary Information Dr. Nafisa Shah in a statement.
Responding to the allegations of PTI leaders and cabinet ministers against Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, she said, “Prime Minister-select' Imran Khan and his party do not appreciate it when Chairman Bilawal talks against extremism and terrorism."
Shah alleged that the real traitor was Imran Khan, as he supported the lowering of Pakistani flag by the Taliban and challenged the state writ.
She questioned the ‘double standard’ of prime minister saying he was ready to talk to Modi but unwilling to talk to the politicians of his own country. Shah said by Bilawal had an exemplary record of opposing undemocratic forces and terrorism which’s why he was being targeted.
