Paragon girls win Jashan-e-Baharan Basketball title

LAHORE: Paragon City team defeated Bahawalpur Division by 16-12 in the final of Jashan-e-Baharan Women Basketball Championship at Sacred Heart School on Friday.
Eight teams - Paragon City, Paragon B, Bahawalpur Division, Islamic College A, Islamic College B, Sacred Heart School, Dar ul Aman College and St Francis School participated in the 2-day championship. Punjab Basketball Association President Col (retd) Naseem Butt, Secretary M Akram, Imtiaz ul Hasan, Kh Abdur Rehman, Ashir Gill and Rukhsana Gillani were also present at the closing ceremony.
