Prayer leader seeks cancer treatment of daughter

HAFIZABAD: A prayer leader has appealed to CM Shahbaz Sharif and philanthropists to make arrangements for treatment of his daughter, who has been suffering from cancer for the last five years.
Talking to The News here, Hafiz Muhammad Arshad of Mohallah Hussainabad, Pindi Bhattian, said that he was a poor man and father of seven daughters. About 5 years ago, his one daughter Mafia Arshad, who is a class 4 student now, had got an injury on her leg. Later, the injury turned into cancer, he added. He said that he had spent all his savings on the treatment of his daughter. Due to poverty, he could not afford the expensive treatment, he added. He said that his family was living a miserable life.
