Four suspects nabbed in MPA, son’s murder case

GUJRANWALA: Police have nabbed four suspects in the murder case of MPA Rana Shamshad Ahmad Khan and his son Shahbaz Ahmad Khan.
Police are interrogating the suspects after shifting them to an undisclosed place. Police are raiding other places to round up other suspects in the case.
MAN MURDERED: A 60-year-old man was murdered on Hafizabad Road near a school in Baghbanpura police limits on Sunday. Bashir Ahmad was on his way when unidentified people killed him with blows of a sharp-edged weapon. Police have registered a case.
CHILD KILLED ON ROAD: A six-year-old child was killed in a road accident here.
A rickshaw hit two children at Abdal Morr. As a result, Mustafa, son of Ghulam Abbas, was killed on the spot while five-year-old Nadia, daughter of Saifullah, was injured. The injured girl was shifted to the DHQ Hospital. Aroop police are investigating.
