54 arrested during search in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The police arrested 54 suspects during a search operation in the sensitive areas, officials said on Tuesday.A spokesman for the police said that a search and strike operation was conducted for the security of sensitive buildings in the limits of the Hayatabad and East Cantonment police stations.

The official said 54 suspects were taken into custody whose record would be verified through the sensitive agencies.
