EC fails in displaying UCs delimitations lists

CHAKWAL: The Election Commission, Punjab, Monday could not display lists of delimitations of 71 union councils and wards of five municipal committees of district Chakwal.
The lists were to be displayed on Monday according to the schedule. Reportedly, the Judicial Commission had ordered opening of all constituencies under the supervision of district and sessions judges and all the staff of the Election Commission, Chakwal was busy in the Sessions Court with record of the 2013 general election. Now the delimitations lists would be displayed on June 10th. The EC had to display the preliminary lists on May 16th but the date was extended.
OLD MAN DIES IN ACCIDENT: A 75-year-old man was killed in a road accident on Chakwal Rawalpindi road near village Dhudial on Monday.
