KARACHI: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association is organising KPK National Women Squash Championship offering Rs100,000 in prize money. This national event is to be played at PAF Hashim Khan Squash Complex, Peshawar, from March 19-22. The last date for entries is March 10. The qualifying round will be played from March 19-20. The qualification draw is of 32 places. It is to be noted that 24 national tournaments for junior, senior boys and girls were organised in 2017. But in 2018, only five events were conducted. Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) in its executive committee meeting last year showed concerns on this equation. Hence, the federation directed associations and departments to conduct maximum events.
