KARACHI: The General Council of the Sindh Squash Association (SSA) unanimously elected its office bearers for four years on May 31 with Jahangir Khan getting elected as the chairman.
The elections were conducted in the presence of Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) observer Lt Sikandar Mayo, Honorary Treasurer PSF.
Tahir Ahmed has been elected as president, while Tahir Jamil Khanzada has been elected as senior vice president.
Arshad Hussain, Prof Najeed Channa and Mirza Asher Baig have been elected as vice presidents of the association. Rashid Ahmed has been elected as honorary secretary, while Omar Bangash has been elected as honorary treasurer. Aijaz Shaikh has been elected as joint secretary.
Members of the Executive Committee are Riaz Ahmed Siddiqui (Karachi), Tariq Shaikh (Hyderabad), Abdul Fathe (Jamshoro), Ashraf Shah (Tando Allayar), Muhammad Yameen Abro (Khairpur), Faisal Abro (Thatta), Shahid Ahmed Qabooliyo (Badin), Jawaid Khoso (Nawabshah), Engg. Najeeb Shaikh (Shikarpur), and Mrs. Tariq Shaikh (lady member).
