ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has impressed upon the government officers to implement open door policy for public firmly and they should end the practice of keep people waiting in the pretext of official meetings. He also urged the public representatives to identify elements involved in corruption, bribery and nepotism.
The Prime Minister was talking to members of the National Assembly (MNAs) from Sargodha division at his Bani Gala residence here on Friday. He asked the peoples representatives that they should play an active role in identifying and solving the problems being faced by public. The Prime Minister said government officers must implement open door policy for public and should end the practice of keep people waiting in the pretext of official meetings.
Khan said ensuring public service delivery and depoliticizing bureaucracy is priority of the PTI government. Malik Umer Aslam Khan, Malik Muhammad Ehsanullah Tawana, Amjad Ali Khan, Sanaullah Khan Masti Khail, Dr. Muhammad Afzal Khan Dhandla, Chaudhary Aamir Sultan Cheema and Javairia Zafar Aaheer MNAs, SAPM Naeem ul Haq, PTI Secretary General Arshad Dad Khan and spokesman Nadeem Afzal Chann were also present in the meeting.
The Prime Minister felicitated Chaudhry Aamer Sultan Cheema on his victory in the election for the National Assembly. He said a comprehensive plan to help poor and deserving people will soon be started.
Meanwhile members of Executive Committee of Chenab Club Faisalabad also called on Prime Minister Imran and presented a cheque of twenty million rupees to the Prime Minster for Dam Fund.
Meanwhile, Sindh PTI Secretary General Haleem Adil Sheikh called on the Prime Minister at his Bani Gala residence and discussed political scene in the province, besides the party’s re-organisation there.
According to the PTI Central Media Department, Haleem Adil said that people of Sindh, who had been left to face poverty, hunger and ailment, were looking for a change. He claimed the resourecs of the province had been looted and plundered mercilessly.
He alleged political cover was being taken to run away from accountability in the province but the corrupt elements would not be spared and looted money be recovered.
