ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Information Secretary Omar Sarfraz Cheema on Thursday said India had nothing in its defence with regards to Kulbhushan Jadhav except for the ‘stupid statement’ of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif.
In a statement issued here, he charged it was not difficult to understand the nature of Nawaz relations with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after Indian lawyer used his (Nawaz) statement as evidence before the International Court of Justice.
From day one, he said while the entire nation and its institutions were on one side whereas Nawaz turned out to be Indian PM’s supporter. He added Nawaz statement was meaningless for he had been declared by the Supreme Court as not being ‘sadiq and amin’.
