PHC restores chairman of hospital’s BoGs

PESHAWAR: The PHC restored Dr Asim Yousaf as chairman Board of Governors (BoG) Ayub Medical College and Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. A division bench comprising Justice Musarrat Hilali and Justice Abdul Shakoor recalled the previous order of another bench of the court about the suspension of the BoG chairman, Dr Asim Yousaf. The court allowed an application filed by Dr Asim Yousaf, requesting the court to review the decision of the court issued on January 22 on the suspension of the BoG chairman. Another bench of the high court had issued Dr Asim Yousaf’s suspension order as interim relief in a writ petition tilted “Aneela Amir Vs Dr Asim Yousaf” and delegated his powers to secretary health KP.
