KP crush FATA 14-0 in U19 hockey
ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakh-tunkhwa (B) brushed aside FATA 14-0 in the Inter-Provincial Under-19 Hockey Championship match at the Shehnaz Sheikh Hockey Stadium in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
Zareen scored four goals for KP while Sufian sent the ball thrice in the goal. Saqib and Muzamil were on target twice each with one goal each coming from the stick of Yasir and Umair Marwat.
Abdul Rehman scored a hat-trick as Punjab (C) got better of Islamabad 4-0 in another match of the day. Amad Zamir completed the tally.
Punjab (B) beat Balochistan 4-0. Babar Bashir, Mohammad Ali, Waqar Ali and Faizan Alvi scored one goal each.
In the last match of the day, Punjab (A) defeated Sindh (B) 8-0. Rizwan Ali netted the ball thrice while Rana Waheed, Ali Aziz, Mohammad Hameed, Ali Huraira and Umair Sattar scored one goal each for the winning team.
