DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Two policemen were killed and two other injured when militants opened fire and attacked police mobile van with rocket launcher in Dera Ismail Khan during wee hours on Thursday.Police said that the incident took place in Daraban area where policemen were on patrol. During the attack, one personnel was killed while three were injured.
The injured police-men were rushed to DHQ Hospital, DI Khan, where another policeman succumbed to his injuries during treatment.Heavy contingent of police reached the scene after the incident and started search operation to arrest the attackers. According to hospital sources, the injured cops were under treatment and out of danger.
