New block of Nazim Secretariat inaugurated in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: District Nazim Muhammad Asim Khan inaugurated the new block of the Nazim Secretariat here on Tuesday. Naib Nazim Syed Qasim Ali Shah, Director General City District Government Peshawar Mian Shafiqur Rehman and government officials were also present.

Muhammad Asim said the local government was a nursery for democracy. He said the new block had been equipped with facilities that also included a park. The district nazim said the two-storey building had been constructed in accordance with modern architecture.
