KARACHI: Sports Board Punjab (SBP) under-17 boys and under-16 girls thrashed their respective opponents convincingly and confirmed their places in the finals of Inter-Provincial Badminton championships in Peshawar on Thursday.
The three-day Junior Inter-Provincial badminton championship is underway at Peshawar’s Qayyum Stadium.
Punjab girls outplayed Sindh 3-0 in a one-sided semi-final. The boys’ team proved too good for FATA and registered a comfortable victory with the same margin at the same venue. Both these teams will now clash with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the title clash on Friday (today).
