Houd thrashes Osama to enter Essa Lab Junior Tennis final

KARACHI: Houd Azher defeated Osama Khan 6-0, 6-1 in the semi-final of under-16 singles in 3rd Essa Lab National Junior Tennis Open at Karachi Gymkhana on Wednesday.
In the under-12 singles semi-finals M Yahya beat Sameer Ali 8-4 and Farzan Ahmed defeated Yousuf Halem 8-4.
In under-10 semi-finals, Ibrahim Noman Yousuf beat Yousuf Haleem 8-6 and Hammad Khan beat Zain M Ali 9-7.
In the under-18 quarter-finals, Nouman Aftab beat Nazif Ahmed 6-3, 6-1, Hassan Farooq overpowered Asad Khan 7-5, 2-6, 6-2.
Sahibzada M Ali thrashed Eibad Sarwar Hussain 6-0, 7-5 and Zubair Raja smashed Amin Shafi 6-4, 6-0 in the quarter-finals of under-16 singles.
