Two murdered in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Two people, including a woman, were murdered in as many incidents here.
In the first incident, Aasia Begum was allegedly poisoned to death by her husband Muhammad Nawaz and his family over a domestic dispute at Chak 616/GB, Tandlianwala. Nawaz had contracted marriage with Aasia in October 2014. Police have registered a case against Nawaz and his family under Section 302 of the PPC.
In the second incident, Muhammad Asim had contracted love marriage with Shakeela some years ago. On Monday, Shakeela’s relatives, Ahsan, Hakim and Muhammad Sharif allegedly shot Asim dead at Chak 270. Thikriwala police have registered a case and started investigation.
MAN KILLED ON ROAD: A man was killed in an accident on Sargodha Road on Monday.
Ibrar Sharif of Chak 25/JB was crossing the road when a speeding trailer crushed him to death. Nishatabad police have registered a case against the trailer driver on the report of the deceased’s brother Zulfiqar Ahmad.
