‘TMA officers asked to improve performance’

JHANG: Additional District Collector Babar Rehman Warraich has directed the TMO, TO (I&S), TO (Planning) and other officials to further improve their performance.
Addressing a meeting here on Saturday, he also directed them to ensure timely completion of ongoing development projects. He directed early withdrawal of sanitary workers from the politicians’ offices and officers’ houses which was the main cause of halting sanitation working. He took notice of construction of commercial buildings and plazas without parking lots. He directed the TMO and other officers to take action against those owners of the commercial buildings who had occupied service roads for installation of heavy generators.
