SWABI: The funeral prayer in absentia for pilot Major Muhammad Faisal Waseem who was killed in the helicopter crash in Naltar valley in Gilgit-Baltistan was offered here on Saturday.
His body has not reached his hometown Chota Lahor.
The leaders of various political parties and local people attended the funeral prayer.
His family members said the body had been kept at the CMH in Rawalpindi for some tests and it would soon be dispatched to Chota Lahor for burial.
