GUJRANWALA: Four dacoits took away cash and mobile phones from a factory at Sanat Road in Sabzi Mandi police limits on Tuesday.
The dacoits broke into the factory of Abu Bakar and made off with cash and mobile phones. Hearing the noise, people rushed to the spot and overpowered one of the four dacoits and thrashed him while the others fled. Later, the dacoit was handed over to police. The dacoit was later identified as Mobeen of Katcha Khiali Road. The dacoit had also opened fire at the factory some days ago. Police are investigating.
