ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench, hearing appeals of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Muhammad Safdar for suspension of their sentence in Avenfield reference case, has been reconstituted, reports Radio Pakistan. Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miang-ulHassan Aurangzeb will now hear the appeals. Justice Aamer Farooq has gone on summer vacation.
Our correspondent adds: Earlier the Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench formed to hear bail petitions of Sharif family in Avenfield reference was dissolved once again here on Friday. The development came as Justice Aamir Farooq went abroad on leave in summer vacations. Previously, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani also went on summer vacations.
