Brother confesses to killing JUP Okara district leader

OKARA: A man confessed to killing his brother, who was also the JUP district general secretary, with the help of his family and relative.
JUP district general secretary Shahzad Anjum Ansari was murdered about a week ago. After the incident, the family members of the deceased disappeared and police started doubting their involvement in the murder. On Sunday, police raided an area and arrested deceased’s brother Ghulam Rasool and his relative Amir. During interrogation, Ghulam Rasool confessed to committing the crime with the help of his two brothers, father and relative Amir. He said that they had killed Ansari over a property dispute. Police are conducting raids to arrest the remaining accused.
