ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid Saturday said that Rs1 billion had been given to Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) during last five years.
In a statement, he said, “Sufficient funds have been provided to PHF as compared to the other federations of the country.”
The minister said PHF should not only think about administrative expenditures but also concentrate on the uplift of players and their performance.
He said PHF had not utilised the said amount for training of the players and the senior players also had reservations on that.
