DASKA: Locals were deprived of cash and valuables in two incidents in circle Daska police on Monday.
Naseem Bibi was on the way to home after drawing cash from a bank when two gunmen intercepted her and snatched Rs 100,000 from her.
In the area of sadar police, Naeem Ahmed was going to home from Daska when two dacoits stopped him near TB hospital and snatched cash, cellphone and the motorcycle from him.
3 INJURED: Three people suffered injuries when a van hit them in the area of Bombanwala police.
Hussain, his wife and his sister were going to Gujranwala when a speeding van hit them, leaving them injured.
3 ‘ROBBERS’ HELD: Sadar police Monday claimed arresting three ‘dacoits’.
On a tip-off that Abdul Sattar, Nadeem Ahmed and Usman were planning to loot the locals, the police raided and arrested them and recovered arms from their possession.
