ANP concerned over rise in terror acts

NOWSHERA: Awami National Party (ANP) general secretary Mian Iftikhar Hussain on Thursday condemned the suicide attack on the Frontier Corps soldiers.

Talking to reporters after visiting the District Headquarters Hospital, he expressed concern over the rise in terror incidents.

The ANP leader said that target killing incidents in Waziristan and the suicide attack in Nowshera should alert all patriotic Pakistanis. He said that the government and power that be should stop the outlawed organisations from participating in the general election. He said that the terrorists could not dent the resolve of the nation by carrying out such cowardly acts.
