Fight deforestation

Rapid deforestation is one of the primary causes for climate change that has a negative effect on the environment. We are witnessing extreme temperatures, with heatwaves across the country taking a toll on the lives of people. This deforestation has also deprived the wildlife of its natural habitat.

Pakistan needs to take immediate steps to tackle this situation. Trees should not be cut down in the name of development. The government should run campaigns to encourage people to plant more trees. The country will have much more devastating effects of climate change if we fail to take action against deforestation by planting more trees.
