QAT G-II: Multan turn the tables on AJK
ISLAMABAD: Multan turned the tables on AJK as after conceding first innings lead in their Quaid-i-Azam Trophy (QAT) match in Multan. They bowled out AJK for just 33 in the second innings, thus achieving victory by seven wickets at the Multan Stadium Tuesday.
After handing over slender 16 runs first innings lead, Multan bowlers led by Mohammad Ifran (5-18) bowled out AJK for just 33 in the second. Multan hit up the winning target of 50 for the loss of three wickets. AJK 235 in 80.1 overs (Hasan Raza 125, Abdul Shakoor 36, Zulfiqar Babar 5-60, Ahsan Baig 3-46, Mohammad Irfan 2-24) and 33 all out in 20 overs (Muhammad Irfan 5-18)
