KASUR: Jamaat-e-Islami secretary general Liaqat Baloch has said that recovery of weapons stolen from the Nato containers and arrest of hardened criminals from the MQM Headquarters is a serious matter.
Talking to the JI workers at a local hotel on Friday, he said that the powers behind Daish and Al-Qaeda were bent on dividing the Muslim countries. He said that the rulers were promoting corruption while the institutions were on the verge of collapse in the country. He said that the US was retreating from Afghanistan after complete failure. He said that the US was making India stronger against Pakistan.
Mian Mukhtar Ahmad, Haji Muhammad Ramzan, Usman Ghani, Javed Kasuri, Faisal Aurangzaib and Noor Ahmad Dogar also spoke on the occasion. Earlier, Liaqat Baloch gave a Friday sermon.
Man’s nose chopped off by drunkard

KASUR: A drunkard with his accomplices chopped off the nose of a man over a minor issue at Dhor Kot in A-Division police limits on Friday.
Asad along with his accomplices under the influence allegedly chopped off the nose of a man after exchanging hot words with him. Police are investigating.
