National Kabaddi Championship semis today

KARACHI: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will face Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) while Higher Education Commission (HEC) will meet WAPDA in the semi-finals of National Kabaddi Championship (Circle Style) on Saturday (today).
The first semi-final between HEC and WAPDA will begin at 3pm at the Cycling Ground located near Gaddafi Stadium.The second semi-final will start at 4pm between SNGPL and PAF.
In their last group encounter, PAF defeated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 28-18, while WAPDA whacked Police 68-28. In other matches, HEC beat Punjab 56-37 and SNGPL overwhelmed Railways 34-16. Iran defeated Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) 39-32 after a tough encounter. The final and match for the third place will be held on Sunday (tomorrow).
