93 suspects held in Kohat

KOHAT: The police arrested 93 suspected persons, including two Afghan nationals, during a search operation in different areas in the district, official sources said on Tuesday.
They said that the police after a tip-off launched a search operation in Nusratkhel and recovered a mortar shell in the nearby mountains. The police launched a massive search operation in the city and adjoining areas after the shell was recovered in Nusratkhel. During the search operation, the police arrested 93 suspected persons, including two Afghan nationals.
Terrorist arrested in Swat: The police arrested an alleged terrorist during search operation in Barikot tehsil of Swat district on Tuesday, official sources said.They said that the police carried out search operation in Kandak Jehangir and arrested an alleged terrorist identified as Asghar Khan. He was wanted in terror-related cases.
