DASKA: A youth was shot dead in the Sadar police limits on Monday.
Qadir Hussain was sitting in his shop when an unidentified motorcyclist opened fire at him. As a result, he was seriously injured and shifted to the Civil Hospital where he died.
ATTEMPTS SUICIDE: A married woman attempted suicide in the area of Satra police on Monday.
The woman attempted suicide by taking poisonous pills. She was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. The motive behind the incident is said to be a domestic issue.
