Zardari hails Maliks of N Waziristan for joining PPP
ISLAMABAD: Notables from North Waziristan called on former president of Pakistan and President Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari at Zardari House Islamabad and announced joining the PPP.
Malik Ghulam Khan Wazir, Malik Muhammad Asheer, Zaitullah Khan, Asal Mir, Malik Ayaz Khan, Ashraf Khan, Sami Muhammad Wazir, Mir Baat Khan, Noor Khan, Ashraf Khan, Fazal Khan, Masood Khan, Sakhi Sarwar Khan, Sarhadullah Khan, Qayyum Khan, Gulzar Khan, Wali Khan and Saeed Noor joined the PPP. Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Faisal Karim Kundi and Akhunzada Chattan were also present on the occasion.
Asif Zardari, while welcoming the new entrance in the party, said that merger of Fata in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the mission of the PPP. He said the People of Fata had sacrificed the most in resisting terrorists.
He said the PPP wanted progress and development in the area so that the youth could have opportunity of employment and people to have the facility of schools and hospitals. “Soon Fata will be part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” he said.
