Four teachers sacked in Kasur
KASUR: Services of four teachers have been terminated in a fake recruitment scandal of education department Kasur. M Kamran has submitted an application in the office of secretary schools, stating a group allegedly took bribe for recruitment of educators in Kasur.
The secretary sought report from the CEO education Kasur, Zulfiqar Ahmed in this regard. When the media highlighted the issue, the CEO constituted an internal committee and terminated the services of four teachers who were recruited on fake degrees and documents. According to the application, M Hussain, a high schoolteacher, allegedly took bribe to recruit teachers on fake documents. The applicant also told that some clerks and education officers were also involved in this scandal.
CEO Zulfiqar Ahmed avoided sharing details but said 10 teachers had already been terminated from their service due to fake degrees.
