KOHAT: At least 200 suspected persons, including 40 Afghan nationals, were arrested in search and strike operation in the district on Sunday, sources said.The sources said the police and other law-enforcement agencies launched door-to-door search operation in Jangalkhel, Oblan, Cantonment, Ghamkol, Refugees Camp and Rawalpindi Road early in the day.

KOHAT: At least 200 suspected persons, including 40 Afghan nationals, were arrested in search and strike operation in the district on Sunday, sources said.The sources said the police and other law-enforcement agencies launched door-to-door search operation in Jangalkhel, Oblan, Cantonment, Ghamkol, Refugees Camp and Rawalpindi Road early in the day. “About 200 suspected persons, including 40 Afghan nationals, who were living illegally, have been arrested,” an official said.The arms, including two hand-grenades, eight pistols, 12 guns and hundreds of cartridges, were seized from them, the sources said. It may be added here that most of the Afghan nationals started leaving for Afghanistan after the crackdown against them.
