PHC reinstates, regularises services of BISE Peshawar employees

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) reinstated and regularised the services of the employees in the Board of Intermediate and Secretary Education (BISE) here on Friday. A division bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) comprising Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth and Justice Younas Thaheem allowed the writ petitions of terminated employees of BISE Peshawar from appointment of junior clerks and computer operators and others. The court, in a short order, reinstated and regularised the services of BISE Peshawar employees. In the previous hearing, the court had stopped the BISE Peshawar from appointments to the posts.
