Young girl stripped naked in Charsadda
CHARSADDA: Two young men allegedly stripped a 16-year-old girl naked with the intension to rape her at Mian Killay in the limits of Prang Police Station in the district, police said on Wednesday.
The girl told the police that she was alone at home as her mother had gone to invite relatives to the Khatmul Quran when Wasif, son of Naushad, and Azam, son of Bashir, scaled the wall of her house.
She said the accused took her to a room at gunpoint and forcibly undressed her in a bid to rape her when the earthquake struck forcing them to flee the scene.
The girl alleged that the accused armed with pistols made her video while being naked.
Manzoor Khan, Station House Officer of Prang Police Station, said that the medical report didn’t confirm that she had been raped.
He said raids were being conducted to arrest the accused. A case was registered against the accused under the relevant sections of the law.
Meanwhile, taking notice of the incident, Inspector General of Police Salahuddin Mahsud ordered the DPO to arrest the accused at the earliest.
