Security tightened in DG Khan

DERA GHAZI KHAN: Police have beefed up security due to increasing robbery and dacoity incidents in the district. The additional police officials have been deputed on the entry and exit points of the city, Pul Dot, Chowk Churahata, Pul Piareywali, Mustafa Chowk, Sameena Chowk and Pakistan Chowk. The police have increased patrolling in various areas of the city.

 The spokesman for the district police said that a crackdown had been launched against outlaws while strict action would also be taken against their facilitators. He said that protection of life and property of the people was the top priority of the police.
