Women hockey coach to step down

ISLAMABAD: Following poor show in the women’s Asian Games hockey qualifying round in Bangkok (Thailand), manager and head coach Saeed Khan told his team members that he would no longer interested in continuing the job.
Pakistan women team finished sixth in the seven-team competition, failing to qualify for the Asian Games. Only four top finishers would go on to join the big guns like China, Japan, Korea and India.
Saeed, who is under scrutiny for alleged immoral act during the camp training, told women players in Thailand he did not want to continue as manager of the team.The Pakistan Olympic Association is currently investigating the incident following instructions they received from the International Olympic Committee.
