356 suspects arrested in Kohat

KOHAT: The police have arrested 356 suspects including 52 proclaimed offenders and also recovered arms and ammunition during an operation in various parts of the district.
On a tip-off, District Police Officer Abbas Majeed Marwat ordered the operation. The police raided different locations of the city and arrested as many as 356 suspects including 52 proclaimed offenders allegedly involved in murders, attempted murders and other heinous nature cases.
They also recovered six sub-machine guns, 3 Kalakovs, 13 shotguns, 7 rifles, 30 pistols, 90 chargers, 2,600 rounds of different bores, 35kg hashish and 500 grams heroin from the arrestees.
